Day 4 of my mini challenge

Today just happens to be the first day when I’m at work during this challenge.

Just one more day after today. Kind of excited.

Excited to not fail myself, like I usually do.

Also a little surprised, by how difficult this challenge actually turned out to be.

I thought what could be easier? 3 simple little things.

Quick meditation, a small blog post and 30 minutes of some physical activity.

Well, life throws curve balls when you least expect them and I’ve been finding these easy things unreasonably difficult to fit in to my schedule.

I guess that’s what makes me extra happy about this whole challenge. I’m happy these things are so difficult.

That’s what makes them worthwhile. Overcoming, doing something that’s hard, especially when you really don’t want to.

I will do everything in my power to succeed 🙂 Proud of myself.

Already thinking about what’s next.

On Friday, my dentist will tell me what my future holds (I have to remove one implant, then wait for my jaw to heal, then re-implant) and each time it’s no physical activity for at least 2 weeks.
