As day 5 of my mini challenge comes to an end, I can definitely say that I’m glad it’s over.
The anxiety of not fulfilling my goals has been on my mind constantly.
At the same time, I did complete my goals. So this anxiety is effective at pushing me. Therefore is good?
Maybe over time and as I get more confident with fulfilling my commitments and not falling off the bandwagon, the anxiety will subside and I’ll just be self motivated in a purely positive way?
A lot of thought, but I proud to be here today. Having completed my set of goals now.
