Found it very difficult to motivate myself today to do anything.
My weight hasn’t moved in the last 11 days and I find that really depressing, considering I haven’t cheated.
I was hoping avoiding sugar would have more of an effect, but I guess it’s not enough to produce an effect that I’m after.
Maybe I should start calorie counting, but I am super hesitant as I find it super annoying and finicky.
That said my weight is 148.8kg. That is too much. My body needs me to reduce it. Fast.
So this should be prioritised and I guess calorie counting is a small price to pay if it helps reduce my weight.
That said the only two things that really ever worked for me was the carnivore diet and ozempic.
I’m not willing to use either of them at this point as both have side effects.
