This blog is an interesting thing to look back on.
I tend to sway between being in a consumer state and a creator state.
Sadly everything in my life tends to trend upwards or downwards with that.
The creator state brings inward attention and analysis.
This attention triggers me to work on myself and attempt to improve everything I can, perhaps too much at the same time.
While the consumer state triggers absolute ignorance of the self and drowning myself in external stimulus.
I write Today as a result of an old desire, of an idea I consider cool and wanting to build it.
I’ve tried to build it many times, yet each iteration has been abandoned for one reason or another.
Today I’ll try again.

This is a log from apple notes. A log that amazingly goes back an entire year. Precisely a year.
The first note in it is from the 14th of June 2025.
The latest entry is 15th of June 2026.
This log is of me and my sons workouts. It’s in Russian, because he’s not quite there yet with English, forgivable given he’s just 7 at the moment.
It’s a history of his strength development and proof of work he has put in so far and the improvements made.
I would like to make this into something more visual and interesting, or at least have more ways to record and present data.
I would also like to be able to add things like photos and youtube links. How cool will it be to look back at this with my son at some point?

I could probably throw something together real quick using AI, but I kinda don’t want to.
Feeling like building something super simple using php and vanilla javascript manually.
As an aside thought. I seem to be more willing to do things for my son, than for myself. Admirable in some ways, sad in others. Curious how I can use this.
Anyway, just happy to be in my creator mindset again.
Let’s see where this wave takes us.
