I write this with a lot of sadness, we’ve been using Probro Express basically since they opened here and have been long time monthly subscribers to their service for both of our cars!
We used to have a VW Tiguan and for the most part, we were quite happy with the quality of service we received.
Yes, the car does get scratched rather quickly, compared to hand washes, but the fact that you can be in and out in under a minute is just unbeatable.
Lately however it feels that whoever is in charge is absurdly set on turning away customers and reducing quality of service. The wash quality has gone downhill, long-term (better value for money) subscriptions are going away.
Maybe they have good reasons for this, not for me to judge, I care about my experience as a long time client.
I’m sorry that I didn’t take more or better photos… These were taken while we went to wash our car… after “washing” it at Probro.

The rear number plate area (below the Cupra letters didn’t get any scrubbing at all and looked even worse than everything in the pictures.
This happened multiple times, not once after purchasing this new car, did it get washed properly at Probro (unlike my Audi Etron, which doesn’t come out perfect, but is good enough). The circle k automatic wash doesn’t seem to struggle with the shapes of this car.

This little dude did a better job washing the car than probro…
Edit/update: Probro got us, they had some some special deal going on over xmas and I bought subscriptions for 3 months for both our cars.
Unfortunately the washing quality hasn’t improved (as of 4th of Jan 2026).

What you see is a car that has just been to three consecutive washes in all 3 different probro car wash stations on the west side of Daugava.
I have no idea what it is about the Terramar that this car wash doesn’t like, the fancy pants unusual styling probably is at fault.
I sold my etron and now have an audi a6 and am more than satisfied with how clean that car comes out after being washed at probro.
My only slight gripe is with the rug washing machine, the stupid 3d shape of my audi car mats is too rigid for the machine and they tend to get stuck in it.
Other than that I have no complaints and expect to be a long time happy customer.
Also I would like to note that I sent an email to probro support and asked them to cancel the subscription on the cupra and move it over to the A6, which they did without any fuss in less than 24 hours. I think that’s great customer service and am grateful for that.
