What a week to start this challenge.
I nearly failed on my very first day. One of the things I need to do is 30 minutes of activity
Well life happens and what I planned when I thought I had the whole day to myself didn’t work out that way.
But luckily I managed to find 30 minutes late in the evening to go for a quick bicycle ride.
That was exhilarating. There was nothing special about the ride itself, but I was super proud of myself for sticking to the plan against all odds.
I write this while I am at my son’s bicycle practice. I just meditated here.
I meditated in my car yesterday in the underground car parking lot.
It really is all about the mindset and the dedication to a goal.
The timing is never perfect. It is up to me to make it so.
