Yesterday I decided that I’m going to build a game.
Today my son completed the first two levels with excitement in his eyes.
This is the first time he has taken any interest in my work.
I never even thought about this deep desire, a longing for connection, an interest he could show for something that I do every day.
Gaming is this link between something that I do and that a six year old would be interested in!
He even picked a blue colour he loves and wants to see in the game, it will become the main primary I’ll use in the game and all the accompanying branding:

Very excited to be starting this new journey. Hope this lasts.
Also I feel my mind constantly coming up with ideas on what would be cool to do, starting to think that an issue board would be useful, so they don’t disappear into the ether of my unreliable memory.
